The empty tomb is the reality that Jesus Christ is risen from the dead, and that life and love triumph over death and sin. Love, who is God himself, conquers sin and death, and sets us free to live this gift of life fully. The eggs may have gone. But Easter remains!

I visited the church earlier today along with my cousins, one of whom was visiting from Canada. In these days when so much of what is happening in Anglican churches at large is depressingly dishonouring to our great God, it was wonderful to find an Anglican church so full of Bibles in the pews and several Scripture verses displayed around the church. As well as being able to use the piano to play Sheep may safely graze as well as a more secular Moonlight 1st movement!
